Graham has more than 25 years’ experience dealing with Retail Property investment and all the subsectors. He has a diverse range of clients dealing with major institutions, property companies and high net worth individuals.. Graham has an extensive knowledge of the UK Investment market and has developed a niche is dealing with a high turnover of sales and acquisitions.
Prior to being a founding partner of FMX Graham established Fawcett Mead with James Mead in 2010. Prior to this Graham was a European Director and member of the European Retail Board of JLL who acquired Churston Heard in 2008 where he spent 10 years. Graham is a member of the RICS and enjoys spending time mentoring graduates and organising alumni events.
Graham is involved with a number of charities both on a local and national level raising funds to help many causes and during 2020 completed a virtual run from Lands’ End to John O’ Groats. He lives in Cambridgeshire with his wife and 2 teenage children and his interests include Bradford City, St Neots Town and fish and chips.
